TOWN HALL
Bhadrak is a place of culture and traditions. For cultural functions, one Town Hall (Saheed Smruti Bhawan) with 400 sitting capacity near OT Road has been constructed and managed by the Municipality.

KALYAN MANDAP :-
A kalyan Mandap in the name of Biju Pattnaik Kalyan Mandap has been constructed & managed by this Municipality. It is used for Marriage Ceremony, thread ceremony & other social functions. It has 24 hrs water supply & electricity facilities with other facilities like toilets, Kitchen, Dressing room, DG Set, etc.

COMMUNITY CENTRE :-
2 nos. of Community Centre has been constructing at Hazari Nagar (Ward No-12) & at Mullasahi (Ward No-18), Sarlipur Ward No.30 for general public and one Community Centre at Bonth Chhak is under constructions which has been named after Biju Pattnaik.

SHELTER FOR URBAN HOMELESS (SUH) :-
A Shelter for Urban Homeless has been constructed by this Municipality for Urban Poor & homeless people. It has 50 beds with Bathrooms, Toilets, Kitchen. It is being used by the homeless people @ Rs.10 per bed with all facilities.
